Please note that the Clubhouse and Pool Area are accessed using an assigned FOB. The FOB's are the property of the association and provide you access to these amenities. Replacement FOB's are $25.00 and are available from the HOA Board.

REMEMBER if you are moving, you need to return your FOB to the HOA Board before leaving the development.

Moving in can be an overwhelming experience. The city provides, as a one-time special pickup, an opportunity to remove your packing boxes.  Simply contact the Gibsonville Public Works Department at (336) 449-7188 to have your empty moving boxes  picked up and removed.  Please note that the boxes need to be broken down and stacked near the curb for proper collection. 

The Gibsonville Community Center is located at 314 Tenth Street.  Meeting rooms are available for your family occasions.  The Gym is available for rental as well.  Daily open gym times for children & adults include basketball, pickleball and volleyball.  Visit the facility website here for more information.
