Abbey Glen is a managed
condominium community with a Board of Directors elected by the community and an outside Management Company. We are finding that new homeowners are moving in without any idea that Abbey Glen is a governed community and they are surprised that this information was not brought up prior to their purchasing in our community.

Prior to any real estate transaction, all prospective
buyers should be aware that they will be moving into a community governed by its Controlling Documents
available below. Copies of these documents should be passed on to the buyer when purchasing a home. The
documents address such matters as Property Rights,
Association Membership, Exterior Home Alterations, Parking
of Vehicles as well as Other Policies, Rules and
Regulations.
All buyers should take the opportunity to review
these documents prior to closing so that there is a clear understanding of
our community's covenants, conditions, and restrictions. Please make sure your company reviews our Documents
below and be sure to share them with your interested client.

The HOA maintains a Members
Only website that provides owners with the latest
information. New residents can request access upon
transfer of ownership by contacting our webmaster. Access to our community
clubhouse and pool amenities is controlled via electronic
FOB's. New owners should request their FOB's by
following instructions located in our Members Only area of
our website.
