Now that the
2025 Board is established, we are providing email addresses
and phone numbers for the Board Members as a primary method of communication, when you must contact them directly. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
-
If there is an emergency call
911. If you are able, follow up by contacting the Board as soon as possible. We need to be kept abreast of such
incidents.
-
If you experience an emergency situation (water leak, active roof leak, tree falls on your house, etc.) you may
call Board Member(s) as soon as
possible, but please follow up with a Maintenance Request Form. We wish to mitigate or limit damage as soon as possible.
-
For all routine maintenance requests or inquiries, complete a
Maintenance Request Form found
here
(preferred) or complete a paper copy and submit in the clubhouse basket near the fireplace.
-
If you feel that none of the above applies and you need to contact a Board Member, please use the
email address(es) provided
below. If you think you need a quick reply, please say so in the email.
-
If you “don’t do email” and you must contact a Board Member by phone, please call and
leave a voice message if not answered. Some of the Board Members screen their calls and do not pick up if they do not recognize the phone number of the caller. Phone numbers are found
below or in the
Abbey Glen Directory. Please don’t call (repeatedly) and just hang up.
-
Unless you specify otherwise, emails and/or phone messages may not be returned immediately. Please be patient with the Board as they are all busy with other Board duties and they have doctor appointments and other personal chores as well.
-
If you do find it necessary to call Board Members at home or on their cell, please, with the exception of emergencies, try to limit call times to after 9:00 am and before 9:00 pm.
Thank you for your cooperation. We want to make communications with the Board as painless as possible for all of us while being effective and responsive at the same time. |
